• There is information on the Federation (including the Associations, the Committees, Meeting Agendas & Minutes,Publications, etc.), the COA, the Master Association, KPW, etc.  The Property Management-Sterling page includes a section with copies of Forms and Documents maintained by Sterling for the residents of Kings Point.
• Under Activities, you’ll find the Special / Shopping Bus Seat Availability, the Daily Activities at the Main Clubhouse, the Activities Directory and the Pointer.  Check the calendar for upcoming meetings and events.
• Contacts is a quick reference to phone numbers important to Kings Point residents.  The Newsletter is still under development.  References & Links has links to other Sun City Center Websites as well as sites that contain information that most Kings Point residents might be interested in.
• E-Mail Notifications is a place to sign-up to receive updates on what’s happening in Kings Point.  If you are currently receiving the e-mails from KPINFO (Kings Point Information), you are already in the E-Mail Notification list.

THE COA - WHAT DO THEY DO FOR US?

Manned by volunteers, the office is open Mon-Fri 9am-noon.  Telephone:  633-1710

• FAX MACHINE available - 813-633-3821 No charge for incoming faxes, $1 for outgoing
• POSTAGE STAMPS - 20 stamp books available at current rate
• BUS SERVICE - free bus service on six routes for Kings Point badge holders.  Hartline Routes #31, 84, 86, 87 and express lines 35LX and 47LX
• BULLETIN BOARDS - for use of Unit Owners to buy and sell personal property
• Membership TELEPHONE DIRECTORY - for Kings Point and Sun City Center
• COPY MACHINE - at both clubhouses for use of Unit Owners at five cents per copy
• DISPLAY CASES - in Main Clubhouse for residents' use
• GIFTS AND GRANTS - to various Kings Point clubs and organizations for benefit of the community
• AIR COMPRESSOR available - for filling auto and golf cart tires
• Works in cooperation with Sun City Center community associates for community matters
• Participates in the Sun City Center Forum and other agencies for community affairs
• Keeps abreast of Legislation affecting SCC and KP on State, County and Local levels
• VOTER REGISTRATION CARDS available at the COA office
• NOTARY SERVICE - free
• FLAGS donated at both Clubhouses + 50' flagpole dedicated to the deceased Veterans of all wars
• Sponsors an annual social for all member
• HEALTH SERVICES - For info call the COA office 633-1710 -
•      Blood pressure taken by RN's on the first TUESDAY of each month from 10am-noon in the Atrium Room, Main Clubhouse, and the fourth WEDNESDAY of each month from 10am-noon at South Club House.
•      Wheelchairs ($50 refundable deposit), walkers, canes and crutches for use of residents at no charge.  Pick up at COA office.
• LIBRARY - sponsored and maintained by COA.
